This is to inform the students of the Gombe State University (GOMSU) that following the approval by the University Management for students to use cooking gas in the hostel, this is to notify all students staying in the hostel that the use of charcoal to cook is strictly prohibited within the hostel premises henceforth. This is to ensure safety and prevent potential fire hazards.

Anyone found using charcoal in the hostel will face disciplinary action by the University Management.
