This is to inform all newly admitted undergraduate students of Bayero University, Kano that the online screening exercise for the 2025/2026 Academic Session will commence on Monday, 2 March 2026.
All candidates are required to strictly adhere to the following procedure for a successful screening process:

Step 1: Clear with JAMB by accepting the admission and printing your JAMB Admission Letter.
Step 2: Log in to the screening portal via: https://mybuk2.buk.edu.ng/myScreening
Step 3: Download the following documents
BUK Admission Letter
• Undertaking Form
University Health Services Registration Form
Step 4: Generate, download, and print your BUK Personalised Payment Form (BUKPPF).
An Acceptance Fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) is reflected on the form and is to be paid through the Remita e-Payments and e-Collection platform.
Candidates are advised to carefully read and follow the payment procedure, as the University will not be liable for any loss arising from incorrect data entry which may delay payment validation and processing.
Payment can be validated by clicking “Check Payment Status” on the payment page.
Note: All fees are non-refundable.
Step 5: Upload the following documents in JPG format (each not more than 1MB)
⚫JAMB Result Slip
⚫ JAMB Admission Letter
⚫ O’Level Result
⚫A’ Level Result (for Direct Entry candidates only)
Any other relevant document(s)
Please note:
Uploaded documents may be rejected if they are unclear or do not meet the required standard.
Candidates are expected to re-upload clearer copies where necessary.
There may be a delay while awaiting approval of uploaded documents.
For inquiries or complaints, candidates should use the message box icon on the right side of the screening portal.
Step 6: Print the Acknowledgement Slip, which contains further instructions for registration and documentation.
All newly admitted students are advised to complete the screening process promptly and ensure full compliance with the above guidelines.
