Returning students of Gombe State University can now breathe a sigh of relief following the approval of a half-payment option for school fees. This was disclosed in an official statement released by the Students’ Representative Council (SRC) on March 1, 2026.
According to the statement signed by the Public Relations Officer, Babangida Alhaji Jingi (Malala), on behalf of the SRC President, Amb. Abubakar Aminu Muhammad (Alaa), the approval came as a result of a request made by the student leaders to the University Management.
“This approval is in line with our commitment to ensuring that academic pursuits are not hindered by financial constraints,” the statement read.
All returning students are now advised to log in to their respective student dashboards to take advantage of the new payment window. The SRC urged students to utilize this opportunity and proceed with their payments promptly.
