It has come to the attention of the University Management that some undergraduate students are conniving with Hall Officers/Porters to illegally secure and reside in the postgraduate hostel accommodation.
To this end, the University Managemnent wishes to state that undergraduate students residing in the postgraduate hostels accommodation is illegal and unacceptable by the University.
Therefore, any undergraduate student found to be residing in the Postgraduate Hostels shall be ejected from the hostel and handed over to the Advisory Committee on Students Discipline (ACSD) for appropriate deciplinary action, the minimum being suspension from the University.
All undergraduate students are therefore advised to note and avoid being caught in the illegal act please.
In addition, any postgraduate student found to be complacent by allowing undergraduate students to reside in the postgraduate hostels accommodation shall be disciplined by the University Management, accordingly.
