The Students’ Union Government (SUG), under the leadership of Comrade Shareef Abdulmalik Toro, wishes to inform all students, particularly final year students, that following numerous complaints regarding the absence of JAMB Admission Letters, the Union has actively engaged the relevant university authorities to address the matter.
We are pleased to announce that 4,556 applications for the Condonement of Illegitimate Admissions have been approved. Final year students are therefore advised to carefully check the list attached to this bulletin.

Students whose names appear on the list should be assured that their JAMB Admission Letters will be processed and forwarded by Monday.
However, students whose names do not appear among the 4,556 approved applicants should note that their records were not submitted before the JAMB upload window closed in September 2024, as directed by JAMB. Such students are therefore advised to submit their details, including their JAMB Result Slip and School Admission Letter to the Senate Office starting from Monday, 9th March 2026.
For students among the approved 4,556 list who have corrections relating to their name, matriculation number, or course of study, they are advised to identify their serial number on the list and forward the correction to their respective Faculty President via WhatsApp between now and Monday. These corrections will then be resubmitted as amendments to the already uploaded and approved data.
Lastly, students whose JAMB Admission Letter carries a course different from their current course of study are advised to visit the JAMB State Office to commence the normalisation process immediately.
The Students’ Union Government encourages every affected student to take advantage of this opportunity promptly. We remain fully aware of the challenges students face and are committed to addressing them step by step through constructive engagement with the relevant authorities.
