FAMSSA UniUyo Introduces Students Health and Welfare Complaint Form

The Office of the Director of Health and Welfare of the Faculty of Management Sciences Students’ Association (FAMSSA), University of Uyo Chapter, has introduced a Students Health and Welfare Complaint Form to provide a structured channel for students to report welfare-related issues.
According to the Directorate, the form serves as the official platform for reporting health and welfare concerns, allowing students facing medical, emotional, financial, or environmental challenges to formally submit their complaints for attention.
The initiative aims to ensure that students who may be experiencing difficulties that could affect their well-being or academic performance receive the necessary support and intervention. The Directorate emphasized that students should not remain silent about the challenges they face, as the health and welfare system was created to ensure that no student is left unsupported.
Students are encouraged to submit their complaints through the provided Google Form link. The Directorate assured that all information submitted will be treated with strict confidentiality and handled appropriately by the office.
