Kaduna Poly SUG notice to students on ID cards

The Students’ Union Government (SUG) of Kaduna Polytechnic has issued a strong directive urging all newly admitted students and returning students without a valid identification card to apply immediately via the student portal.

In a statement released by the union, students are required to log in to their portal and apply for the official Student ID Card without delay. The notice emphasizes that a clear and recent passport photograph must be uploaded to ensure smooth processing. Unclear or incorrect images may result in delays or failure to process the card.

According to the SUG, the Student ID Card is a compulsory means of identification within the Polytechnic community. Students who fail to apply will not have their ID cards processed or issued, and may be denied access to the school premises, lecture halls, and examination venues. In addition, difficulties in accessing academic and administrative services may arise for those without a valid ID.

The statement was signed by the SUG President, Comr. Ibrahim A. Mai Jama’a, and published by the union’s Public Relations Officer, Comr. Suleiman Lawal Faskari.

All concerned students are advised to complete the application process promptly to avoid inconvenience.
