AKSU gets NUC approval for new Academic Programmes

This is to inform the general public and especially prospective candidates seeking admission into Akwa Ibom State University that the National Universities Commission (NUC) has granted approval to the University to commence the underlisted undergraduate and postgraduate programmes with effect from the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

The approval by the National Universities Commission follows the successful resource verification exercise conducted by panels of experts to assess the human and material resources available in the University for the establishment of the programmes.

Accordingly, applications are now open for admission into the above-listed programmes. Further details on admission requirements and application procedures will be communicated through the University’s official channels.
