1. All matriculating students (fresh ND1 & HND1 students, both Full-time and Part-time) are hereby reminded that the Polytechnic’s MATRICULATION CEREMONY for the 2025/2026 Academic Session will be held at the Otunba Gbenga Daniel (OGD) Auditorium on Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
2. The Ceremony will feature OATH-TAKING by the matriculating students and the maiden edition of the MATRICULATION LECTURE.
3. All matriculants are required by regulation to wear academic gowns.
Details about the collection of the gowns (and caps) shall be released shortly by the office of the Registrar.
4. All matriculants are to be seated 30 minutes before the commencement of the ceremony. All entrances to the venue will be blocked as soon as the Rector’s Procession has taken off.
5. Matriculation is not complete without signing the Matriculation Oath.
Failure to do so means that such affected persons are not bonafide students of MAPOLY. Ensure that you sign the Oath.
