This is to inform all 2024/2025 graduands that they can start collecting their certificates from Monday 2nd to Friday 6th February, 2026 at the following designated venues:
PROCEDURE/REQUIREMENTS FOR COLLECTION OF CERTIFICATE
FEE FOR CERTIFICATE COLLECTION – N4,000
ALUMNI FEE – N4,000
DIRECTORATE OF UNIVERSITY ADVANCEMENT – N4,000
1. All payments for certificate collection are done at the ABU Microfinance Bank only.
2. Presentation of payment tellers and collection of receipts at the University Cash Office (Room 014C) Senate Building and Alumni Office respectively.
3. Obtaining clearance form from Room 115, Academic Affairs Office and proceed to 3rd Floor, Room 305A, Senate Building for validation of clearance.
4. Presentation of signed clearance Form, Payment Receipt to the designated officers in Academic Affairs Office.
5. Make sure you are with your original student I.D. card.
NOTE: COLLECTION OF CERTIFICATE BY PROXY IS NOT ALLOWED
