The management of Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike (AE-FUNAI), Ebonyi State, has announced the indefinite postponement of its 14th Matriculation Ceremony.
According to a circular issued by the Office of the Registrar, the matriculation ceremony, which was earlier scheduled to hold on Thursday, February 5, 2026, will no longer take place as planned. A new date for the ceremony will be communicated to the university community in due course.
The circular conveyed the directive of the Vice-Chancellor and expressed regret over any inconvenience the postponement may cause students, parents, guardians, and other stakeholders.
Members of the university community are therefore advised to take note of this development and await further official communication from the management of the institution.
