Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua, has released the Second Semester 2024/2025 Examination Time-table for all students under the SIWES Programmes. The management made the announcement on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, through its Media Unit.
According to the institution, students are expected to carefully review the attached examination time-table and strictly adhere to all rules and regulations guiding examination conduct as outlined in Section 9 of the Students’ Handbook.
Key Examination Guidelines
The Polytechnic emphasized the following points as mandatory for all students participating in the examinations:
Decent Dressing: Students must be properly dressed. Crop tops, shorts, sleeveless outfits, clothing worn without brassieres, or any revealing attire are strictly prohibited.
No Bags in the Hall: Bringing school bags into the examination hall is not allowed. Defaulters will face disciplinary actions.
Ban on Mobile Phones: The use of cellphones or any mobile device inside the examination hall remains strictly prohibited.
Clean and Clear Environment: Students must ensure the exam hall is kept tidy. Textbooks and loose pieces of paper are not permitted.
Mandatory Identification: All students must present their ID Cards, Blue Card, or duly stamped school fee receipt as proof of registration and payment.
The management further reminded students to avoid all forms of examination malpractice
