The management of the Akwa Ibom State College of Nursing Sciences (AKSCONS) has officially announced the release of the 2025/2026 academic session admission list. Prospective students are hereby informed that the list is now available on the college’s official website for verification.
How to Check Your Admission Status
Candidates are advised to:
1. Visit the official website at www.akscons.edu.ng
2. Click on the “Check Admission List” button.
3. Browse through the list under the campus they selected as their first choice to find their name.
4. If their name is not found under any campus, they should check the Floating List section.
Floating List Information
The Floating List contains names of successful candidates whose details did not reflect on the JAMB CAPS, likely because they did not complete a change of institution or did not choose Akwa Ibom State College of Nursing Sciences as their first choice.
Next Steps for Admitted Candidates
If your name appears on any of the campus lists:
1. Log in to your JAMB portal from Tuesday, 11th November 2025, to accept your admission.
2. Expect a provisional admission letter via email within 48 hours or access it through the college portal.
3. Pay your acceptance fee through the college portal to receive your official admission letter.
4. Proceed to pay your school fees as directed.
5. Prepare for resumption — the resumption date will be stated in your admission letter.
For Floating List Candidates
Those whose names appear on the Floating List are required to visit the Admission Office at the main campus (Ikot Ekpene) on Wednesday, 12th November 2025, between 9:00 a.m. for further instructions and guidance.
Important Notice
All admission processes must be completed within two (2) weeks from the date of receiving your provisional admission letter.
Failure to comply with the stated instructions and deadlines may result in the withdrawal of your admission offer.
