This is to remind all Students and Academic Staff of the University that First Semester Examinations for the 2025/2026 academic session will commence on Monday, 2nd March, 2026 and end on Tuesday, 24th March, 2026.
Lecturers and Students are hereby directed to note that Portal will close for registration of all courses on the 28th of February, 2026.
Students are, therefore, advised to pay all necessary fees, obtain necessary documents and prepare themselves adequately for the First Semester Examinations. Students who fail or neglect to adhere to this instruction will not be allowed to participate in the examinations as class list will be printed once, latest on 28th of February, 2026 and after that class list, no other list will be printed for the examination.
All Deans, Heads of Department and Invigilators are by this memo directed to ensure strict compliance with the above directives.
