The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, has announced the approval and commencement of a Make-Up Examination Programme designed for ND II and HND II graduating students who have outstanding courses and wish to complete their graduation requirements without delay.
According to an internal memorandum issued by the Registrar, Mrs. A. F. Babatola, the programme has been endorsed by the Polytechnic Management Committee to support students with pending academic courses as they work toward timely graduation. Participation in the programme is optional.
Programme Schedule
Registration and Payment:
Tuesday, 18th November, 2025 – Tuesday, 2nd December, 2025
Examination Period:
Wednesday, 3rd December, 2025 – Tuesday, 9th December, 2025
Students are advised to generate their invoices via the Polytechnic Portal to determine the applicable service charges. The payment feature will be enabled in due course.
The memo was also copied to all principal officers, deans, directors, heads of departments, and relevant committees for full implementation and awareness.
Graduating students are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to regularize their academic standing ahead of final clearance.
