The Federal University of Education, Zaria has announced the commencement of a screening exercise for the collection of National Certificate in Education (NCE) Statements of Results for the 2024/2025 academic session.
According to a notice issued by the Office of the Registrar (Academic Office) and dated 19 February 2026, the screening exercise is for all graduating NCE students, both Regular and Part-Time. The exercise is scheduled to begin on Monday, 23 February 2026, and will run daily from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Records Section, Academic Office.

Graduating students are required to present themselves for screening with the following documents:
Written application letter addressed to the Academic Secretary
Admission letter
EIDF (Application Form)
O’Level result/certificate
Matriculation oath form
JAMB slip or JAMB admission letter
Course registration forms (NCE I–III)
Evidence of payment of registration fees (NCE I–III)
Bio-data form
Scratch card for O’Level result verification/certificate
Duly completed clearance form
Birth certificate
Certificate of indigenization
Letter of good conduct from a reputable person in society
Two recent passport photographs
The university management urged all concerned students to comply strictly with the outlined arrangements to ensure a smooth screening process.
The notice was signed by Muhammad Ibrahim, Academic Secretary, on behalf of the Registrar, with a copy forwarded to the Vice-Chancellor.
