Students of the Federal University of Technology, Babura (FUTB) are reminded that the deadline to complete the signing of their examination cards is fast approaching. According to an internal memo released by the Academic Affairs Division, all students must ensure their cards are duly verified and signed by Friday, 20th March 2026.
The process involves a three-step verification procedure. First, students must report to their Level Coordinator for an academic check. During this stage, the coordinator will verify registered courses, the total number of units, and ensure all carry-over courses are registered before current level courses. Once verified, the coordinator will sign and stamp the card with a clear departmental stamp.

The second step requires all students, including those who are beneficiaries of the NELFUND financial aid, to proceed to the Bursary for financial clearance. Students must present proof of payment, with a minimum of 60% of the current session’s fees paid before the Bursary will sign the form.
Finally, the University Examination Officer will append the final signature only after confirming that both the academic and financial verification steps have been completed.
The university has issued a stern warning that no alterations are permitted on the examination card. In the event that a card is lost, a replacement fee of ₹500 will be required.
Students are advised to complete the process well before the deadline to avoid any disruptions during examinations.
