GOMSU Students’ Representative Council issues notice to First Batch NELFUND Beneficiaries

The Students’ Representative Council (SRC) of Gombe State University has issued an important notice to students whose names appeared in the first batch of the NELFUND beneficiaries for the 2025/2026 academic session.

According to the notice, all affected students are advised to log in to their NELFUND dashboards and confirm their beneficiary status. The university management has already paid the registration fees of the beneficiaries directly to the institution.

As a result, students in the first batch are only required to pay a portal charge of ₦2,500 in order to complete their registration process on the university portal.

However, the SRC clarified that students who earlier received double refunds and have not returned the excess amount will not be eligible to make this payment until the issue is resolved.

The council urged all concerned students to comply with the directive promptly in order to avoid any delay in their academic registration.
