The Management of Kaduna Polytechnic has issued a warning to the general public regarding a fraudulent announcement circulating on social media. The false announcement, made by one Mr. Tosin Samuel Afolabi (GSM: 08146455097), invited prospective NYSC corps members who graduated from the Institution to re-submit their HND Statements of Result, JAMB Admission Letters, and clearance slips.
According to the Polytechnic, the individual defrauded numerous prospective corps members by collecting various sums of money under the pretext of issuing clearance slips.
The Management confirms that the suspect has been apprehended and handed over to the Commissioner of Police, Kaduna State, for further investigation and prosecution.
Kaduna Polytechnic Management hereby completely dissociates itself from the fraudulent activities of the suspect. Prospective NYSC candidates are strongly advised to disregard the fraudulent announcement and to always verify information through the Polytechnic’s official channels only.
