OAU has opened its 2025 Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening. If you picked the university as your first choice and scored 200 or more in UTME, you can register online from 21 July to 24 August.
Registration Now Open for UTME and DE Applicants
Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, has started registration for the 2025 Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening. This applies to candidates who chose OAU as their first choice and scored 200 or above in the 2025 UTME. DE applicants are also included.
The screening exercise will run online, and all applicants must complete their registration between Monday, 21 July and Sunday, 24 August 2025.
How to Register
Follow these steps carefully:
- Go to the OAU Admissions Portal
- Log in using your JAMB Registration Number as username and your surname as password (not case-sensitive)
- Fill out the biodata form and continue
- Generate an RRR (Remita Retrieval Reference) on the portal only
- Make the payment of ₦2,000 online or at any commercial bank
- Once payment is accepted, you’ll be logged out
- Log in again using steps 1 and 2 to complete the process
Things You Must Know

- Screening will take place online
- Providing false details or wrong documents will get you disqualified
- From Thursday, 27 August 2025, check the portal to see your screening date and time
- The actual screening will run from 1 to 5 September 2025
- Don’t pay anyone posing as an agent. OAU does not use admission agents
