OAUSTECH notice to 100 level and Direct Entry students on deadline for portal activation

The management of Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology (OAUSTECH), Okitipupa has issued an urgent notice to all 100 Level and Direct Entry students regarding the activation of their student portals.

According to a circular from the Office of Academic Affairs dated March 6, 2026, the University observed that some newly admitted students have not yet activated their portals. This situation has been linked to several issues including failure to complete Acceptance and Medical Clearance forms, submission of incorrect JAMB registration numbers, and the use of wrong Gmail addresses.

Due to these errors, affected students were unable to activate their portals and consequently could not participate in their examinations.

In response, the University Management has graciously extended the deadline for portal activation. All affected students are required to report to the Academic Affairs Division on or before Friday, March 6, 2026 to resolve the issues and complete the activation process.

The University emphasized that any student who fails to report within the stipulated deadline will forfeit his or her admission.

Students are therefore advised to treat this notice with urgency and ensure immediate compliance.
