Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) has announced the postponement of its orientation programme for fresh students of the 2025/2026 academic session.
The exercise, earlier scheduled to hold from Monday, 1st December to Friday, 5th December 2025, has been put on hold, according to an official statement issued by the Registrar, Dr. Bayo Orukotan, on 28th November 2025.
The university explained that the orientation programme remains a vital part of integrating new students into the institution and is designed to offer a well-organised and enriching experience.
OOU management expressed appreciation for the understanding and cooperation of students and assured that a new date for the programme will be communicated in due course.
