Rivers State University (RSU), Nkpolu-Oroworukwo, Port Harcourt, has announced the schedule for the clearance exercise of newly admitted candidates for the 2025/2026 academic session.
According to a press release dated 3rd November 2025 and signed by the Registrar, Mrs. Ibimonia B. S. Harry, the physical clearance exercise for candidates who have been offered provisional admission into Year One and Direct Entry will commence on Wednesday, 5th November and end on Friday, 7th November 2025, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.
The exercise will take place at the Information, Communication and Technology Centre (ICTC) of the university and will later continue at the respective faculties.
All fresh students are required to come with the following documents for the clearance exercise:
1. Admission Letter from JAMB
2. Original JAMB Result
3. Accepted Admission Status from JAMB (CAPS)
4. Original O’Level Certificates
5. Birth Certificate
6. LGA Identification Letter
7. Acceptance Fee Receipt
8. Other printouts from the Student’s RSU Portal
Candidates are advised to strictly adhere to the schedule and instructions to ensure a smooth clearance process.
