To ensure a smooth transition of leadership, the management has outlined the following mandates:

  • Electoral Boards: Deans and Heads of Departments (HODs) are instructed to work with student advisers to establish electoral boards immediately.
  • Deadline: All elections must be conducted on or before February 20th, 2026.
  • Method of Voting: All elections must be conducted via SECRET BALLOT to ensure transparency.
  • Prerequisite for SUG: Association elections must be completed before the Student Union Government (SUG) elections. Failure to do so will result in the association being barred from participating in the Student Union Parliament.
