The Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) has announced that its 187th Inaugural Lecture will be delivered by renowned academic and scholar, Professor Emmanuel Bankole Oladumiye, a distinguished Professor of Graphic Design and Advertising.
The lecture, titled:
“Graphic Design: Catalyst for Human Transformation and Development from Darkness to Light”, is scheduled to hold on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at the Obafemi Awolowo Auditorium, FUTA. The event will commence at 3:00 PM prompt, and all attendees are encouraged to be seated by 2:45 PM.
Professor Oladumiye, who holds degrees including B.A. (Ed.), MFA (Benin), and Ph.D. (Akure), is widely recognized for his scholarly contributions to visual communication, creative arts, and advertising education in Nigeria and beyond.
